Data Processing Addendum

Controller, processor and subprocessor roles must be confirmed for each deployment and customer agreement.

Processing may include call enquiry data, lead details, appointment information, transcripts and workflow metadata when configured.

Security controls depend on hosting, database, telephony, AI, email and CRM configuration.

Subprocessors should be reviewed, documented and updated when integrations change.

Retention, archive and deletion processes must be documented per customer.
